Steps for cleaning the ear canal of a Teddy dog

Raising a Teddy dog is not just about feeding it well every day. In addition to diet, other aspects such as care and grooming also need attention. During the process of raising a Teddy dog, it is necessary to regularly clean its ears, remove earwax, and pluck ear hair to ensure the Teddy dog is clean and healthy.

Step 1: First, prepare the required tools for cleaning the Teddy dog's ears, such as hemostatic forceps, ear hair powder, cotton swabs, ear oil, etc.

Step 2: Sprinkle the ear powder into the Teddy's ears. After sprinkling, put down the ears and gently knead them with both hands for 1 minute, so that the ear powder can fully contact the ear hair inside the ears.

Step 3: After kneading, one hand can pull and flip open the ear, while the other hand holds the hemostatic forceps to start plucking the ear hair. Note that the ear hair should be plucked in small clusters, and when plucking, clamp the ear hair firmly and pluck it quickly, which minimizes the pain for the dog.

Step 4: After plucking the ear hair, wrap the tip of the hemostatic forceps with absorbent cotton, then drop ear fluid onto the absorbent cotton, insert the hemostatic forceps into the dog's ear canal, and clean the ears. Gently clean the earwax outward from the ear.

Cleaning a Teddy dog's ears is not difficult, and you can master the basic method after trying it a few times. In the process of raising, be sure to regularly check the Teddy dog's ear canal hygiene and clean it in a timely manner to keep the ear canal clean.
